Dil Luminati कॉन्सर्ट से रहले दिलजीत दोसांझ को तेलंगाना सरकार का नोटिस, इन गानों पर लगाई रोक

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Dil Luminati:</strong> शुक्रवार को हैदराबाद में पंजाबी सिंगर दिलजीत दोसांझ का 'दिल-लुमिनाटी' कॉन्सर्ट होना है. उससे पहले सिंगर का ये कॉन्सर्ट विवादों में फंस गया है. दरअसल तेंलंगाना सरकार ने दिलजीत दोसांझ के कॉन्सर्ट ऑर्गेनाइजर को कानूनी नोटिस भेजा है और कुछ शर्ते रखी हैं.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">नोटिस के मुताबिक दिलजीत दोसांझ को शराब, ड्रग्स और हिंसा को बढ़ावा देने वाला कोई भी गाना नहीं गाने के निर्देश दिये गये है. यह नोटिस चंडीगढ़ के प्रोफेसर पंडितराव धरनेवर द्वारा दोसांझ के खिलाफ लाइव शो में ऐसे गाने गाने से रोकने के लिए शिकायत दर्ज कराने के बाद जारी किया गया है.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>नोटिस में क्या कहा गया है</strong><strong>?</strong> <br />बता दें कि रंगारेड्डी जिले के महिला एवं बाल, विकलांग और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के कल्याण विभाग के जिला कल्याण अधिकारी द्वारा 7 नवंबर को जारी नोटिस के अनुसार, शिकायतकर्ता द्वारा वीडियो एविडेंस सबमिट किये गये थे जिसमें दिलजीत दोसांझ दिल्ली के जवाहरलाल नेहरू स्टेडियम में लाइव शो के दौरान 26 और 27 अक्टूबर को शराब, ड्रग्स और हिंसा को बढ़ावा देने वाले गाने गाते हुए दिखाया गया था.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">नोटिस में कहा गया है, "हम आपके लाइव शो में इन्हें बढ़ावा देने से रोकने के लिए एडवांस में यह नोटिस जारी कर रहे हैं."</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>बच्चों को स्टेज पर ना बुलाने के निर्देश</strong><br />नोटिस में दिलजीत को यह भी निर्देश दिया गया है कि वह अपने कॉन्सर्ट के दौरान बच्चों को स्टेज पर न लाएं. ये भी कहा गया है, "विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन के अनुसार, एडल्ट्स को 140 डेसिबल से ज्यादा साउंड प्रेशर के कॉन्टैक्ट में नहीं आना चाहिए.वहीं बच्चों के लिए लेवल 120 डेसिबल तक कम हो जाता है. इसलिए, बच्चों को लाइव शो के दौरान मंच पर नहीं लाना चाहिए क्योंकि स्टेज पर साउंड प्रेशर 120 डेसिबल से ऊपर हो जाता है."</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">नोटिस में कहा गया है, "आपके कॉन्सर्ट दिशानिर्देश कहते हैं कि 13 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों को अनुमति है. कॉन्सर्ट दिशानिर्देश यह भी कहते हैं कि कॉन्सर्ट में तेज आवाज और चमकती रोशनी शामिल हो सकती है. ये दोनों बच्चों के लिए हानिकारक हैं."</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>कब है दिलजीत दोसांझ का कॉन्सर्ट</strong><br />दिलजीत दोसांझ शुक्रवार को शाम 7 बजे हैदराबाद में एयरपोर्ट एप्रोच रोड स्थित जीएमआर एरिना में 'दिल-ल्यूमिनाटी' कॉन्सर्ट आयोजित करने वाले हैं. सिंगर बुधवार को शहर पहुंचे और अपने शहर के दौरे की एक झलक सोशल मीडिया पर भी शेयर की.&nbsp;
