जाह्नवी कपूर ने छोड़ी धर्मा टैलेंट एजेंसी, करण जौहर का आया रिएक्शन

<p style="text-align: justify;">हाल ही में जाह्नवी कपूर ने करण जौहर की एजेंसी टैलेंट एजेंसी D<a title="CAA" href="https://ift.tt/m4nLAjK" data-type="interlinkingkeywords">CAA</a> छोड़कर 'कलेक्टिव आर्टिस्ट नेटवर्क' जॉइन किया. जाह्नवी के अलावा कई कलाकार अपने टैलेंट मैनेजमेंट टीम बदल रहे हैं. इससे पहले रणवीर सिंह और परिणीती चोपड़ा जैसे सितारे भी लंबे समय तक चली पार्टनरशिप छोड़ चुके हैं. अब फिल्ममेकर करण जौहर ने रिएक्ट किया है.&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>करण जौहर ने बदलाव की वजह बताई</strong><br />करण जौहर ने HT से बातचीत में कहा कि आज के कलाकार तेजी से स्टारडम की मान्यता चाहते हैं. सोशल मीडिया और टेक्नोलॉजी के चलते लोग जल्दी जजमेंट का सामना करते हैं. उन्होंने कहा, 'आज की पीढ़ी बहुत जल्दी मान्यता चाहती है और लगातार जजमेंट में रहती है. यह मेंटल हेल्थ पर असर डालता है. मैं उनके फैसलों को गलत नहीं मानता, मैं समझ सकता हूं कि वे क्या महसूस कर रहे हैं.'</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">करण ने यह भी माना कि इंडस्ट्री का दबाव इतना है कि वे अपने बच्चों को एक्टिंग में आने के लिए अब पूरी तरह प्रोत्साहित नहीं करेंगे. करण जौहर ने कहा कि भले ही कलाकार एजेंसी बदलते रहते हैं, लेकिन धर्मा का टैलेंट मैनेजमेंट अब भी कंपनी का एक मजबूत हिस्सा है. उन्होंने बताया कि कलाकार अक्सर आने-जाने का सिलसिला बनाते रहते हैं, लेकिन यह पूरी इंडस्ट्री का सामान्य चलन है.</p> <blockquote class="instagram-media" style="background: #FFF; 'इस इंडस्ट्री में कोई लॉयल नहीं है. कलाकार आते-जाते रहते हैं. आप दो साल किसी टैलेंट में निवेश करते हैं और वह अचानक कहीं और चला जाता है. यह एक चक्र की तरह चलता रहता है.'</p>
